How does payment work?+
Every package is checked out securely through Stripe. We ask for a 50% deposit to book your project, with the remaining balance due at launch. You will get an automatic receipt for every payment.
What do you need from me to start?+
A short brief: what the site is for, any existing branding or content, and a couple of sites you like the look of. We will fill in the gaps on the discovery call.
How long does a typical project take?+
Most Starter sites take about 2 weeks, and Growth sites about 3. Larger builds are scoped individually.
What happens after launch if I need changes?+
You get 30 days of free fixes for anything that is not working as agreed. After that, changes are covered by a Care Plan or billed hourly.
Can you work with my existing domain and hosting?+
Yes - we can build on your current setup, or recommend and configure hosting if you are starting from scratch.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project ends?+
Yes, through the Website Care Plan - monthly updates, backups, and small changes, billed monthly through Stripe.
